What Happens at Your First Visit
Your health history helps us understand you, your pain, and any hereditary factors that may be affecting your health. After reviewing it together, Dr. Dave will take posture pictures, check your balance on bilateral scales, palpate your spine, and in most cases take X-rays. You will then receive your first gentle adjustment. At your next visit, Dr. Dave will review your exam results and X-rays with you so you can decide on a plan together. Gentle Care for Every Age
Dr. Dave uses a drop table and an activator, which allow precise chiropractic adjustments without twisting the body. This gentle approach is comfortable for children through our pediatric chiropractic care, for expecting moms through pregnancy chiropractic, and for adults and seniors alike.
How We Can Help
New patients often come to us for back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, and posture problems. Others begin with a spinal screening as preventive care. Your plan may also include corrective exercises and nutritional guidance.
Insurance and Payment
We welcome health insurance and will make a copy of your insurance card at your first visit to estimate your coverage. We also accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Details are available on our Payment Options page.

Do I need to fill out forms before my first visit?
You can download and complete the adult or child New Patient Health History form at home. If you do not, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete it in our office.
Why does the health history form ask about my family?
Some health issues can be hereditary. Knowing your family history helps Dr. Dave understand your body and create the most effective care plan.
How long does the first appointment take?
Your first visit includes a health history review, exam, and usually X-rays and an adjustment, so plan for a bit more time than a regular visit.
Will I receive an adjustment on my first visit?
In most cases, yes. Dr. Dave will give you your first gentle adjustment to begin the healing process.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. We are a family practice and welcome children. Please use the child New Patient Health History form for young patients.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Our techniques do not require you to change.
